OZ Home Care & Services provides NDIS supports for people with disabilities across Australia, employing a social model of community-based therapy to create positive change. Our Story
Our Mission
Oz Home Care Services was founded with a single purpose: to give Australian families and NDIS participants access to support that truly puts them first. We grew out of a belief that the disability sector deserved more — more warmth, more flexibility, and more genuine care for the people at its centre.
Our vision is to foster a society that is more inclusive, providing equal opportunities and choices for individuals with disabilities to thrive. With teams located throughout Australia, we offer therapy services that promote independence, enhance overall wellbeing, and improve quality of life.
Our flagship service is Speech Therapy for children aged 2–7, delivered under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. We know that the earliest years are the most powerful window for communication development, which is why we pour our energy and expertise into giving every child the best possible start.
We take the time to understand each individual's needs and preferences, focusing on what matters most to them and supporting them in achieving their goals. Our ultimate aim is to inspire confidence and a sense of empowerment — helping individuals to expect more from life.
